This year and indeed the last quarter of 2006, has been spent focusing on branch and consultant activities as well as the staffing up of all branches. The KPI’s and activities and the management of them have borne the desired result thus far, this will be on-going, measure: management activity. The staffing –up of all the branches is still an on-going strategic battle which is proving a lot more difficult than anticipated. To meet our budgets we need a full staff compliment performing optimally.Cape Town Finance & General are performing admirably, with Bryanston Finance and Bryanston General to a lesser extent, doing remarkably well. One of the performers of last year, namely Durban T&E, has started off as laggards but will no doubt become competitive for the annual trophy.The competition criteria, for “branch of the year” and “temp consultant” , has still not been finalized, as this has to be easy to measure and fair with new consultants joining Manpower during the course of the competition.Perm Consultant CriteriaMin 36 Placements for the yearMeet individual budget for 2007Exceed last years actual by 10%Thereafter, greatest rand amount billed = winner.Any suggestions on the temp consultant and branch of the year, criteria , will be most welcomed.Keep dreaming and don’t let interference affect you achieving your goals.“Obstacles are what you see when you take your eyes off the goal.”
